This is a device incorporating an electric motor connected to the mains electricity supply that, by means of a switch on the wall, allows the opening and closing of the skylight to the required angle.

Due to its convenient operation and elegant design, the installation of this unit is recommended in those areas where aesthetics play an important role, and in areas where accessibility is at a premium.

The motor incorporates limit switches and inside heat protection. In skylights bigger than 160 x 160 a rack-rail motor is installed.
